| Start by filling out your profile. Based on your answers to our questions, we will match you up with other members. Your profile should also serve as your business card on MeetMOJO, so make sure it reflects your many real estate investing achievements and interests |

| Next, your Dealmaker profile. Only Dealmakers are allowed to post investment projects to MeetMOJO. Use this page to show what you are all about and what you have done in the past. You should post enough information for the viewers to learn as much as possible about you. |

| As a dealmaker, you will want to create a portfolio with at least 3 latest projects. This is where you can tell the story of how you helped your investors / lenders make money, what returns you provided. And these same investors / lenders can provide feedback for you and act as references. In this business, your track record and reputation are everything! |

| Do you have a project for which you are raising private funds? Are you interested in creating a syndicate? Then take a minute to create a project in the MeetMOJO system. You can attach a picture, as well as provide a description, location, and the amount you are looking to raise. Be as descriptive as possible. |

| You can even upload project documents, including your project plans, proposed financials, and other presentation materials |

| After you have assembled a team of investors / lenders and service providers, you can use the project space as your internal communication space. Use it to share quarterly reports with your investors. You even get your own project discussion board where you can communicate with your team! |
